  1. I am still a fan of the weekly video introductions. This one in particular. A video produced “outside” puts the narrator (J. Knox here) in a real and relatable surrounding, making the narrator himself more relatable, which improves the viewers conncectedness and hence learning.
    A top tip maybe for future courses (harhar): Think about personally adressing students in the videos, like one or two different names per video, only briefly mentioning their names and what they contributed in the past days and why you thought this great. It will make those mentioned feel really proud and totally boost their motivation. Plus it will foster the creation of a course community. This is something that video can do better than anything else: being personal, being real, being relatable and all of this helping us learn, study, enjoy. So you would be doing all these things these videos here do already, yet a tiny little bit better.
